SOLUTION
I spearheaded a complete digital transformation initiative, beginning with the creation of a professional podcast studio and launching two educational podcast series that humanized financial planning. Simultaneously, I transitioned the company from static PDF quarterly communications to engaging digital formats powered by Salesforce CRM integration.
